Luīze Pastore is an award winning Latvian writer, author of more than 10 children’s books for young readers and young adults. 
At the moment publishing house "Liels un mazs"  is working on Pastore's picture book about Latvian adventurer Aleksandrs Laime's family adventures and teachings "Laimes govs" (Laimes cow). Her books have been translated into French, English, Estonian and have inspired animated movies ("Jacob, Mimmi and the Talking dogs", 2018, Atom Art; "The Lucky ones", Atom Art). Conducts creative writing workshops for children and young adults (aged 6-16). Luīze lives in the outskirts of Riga with her family and dog.
